"Hospital Feedback"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I received an letter for an appointment at the fracture clinic on Mpnday 18th January 2016 I arrived in good time only to be told that the surgeon whose care I was supposed to be under had left some 4 years ago.

I made a complaint about this and received an automated reply indicating I would receive a response within 72 hours in keeping with tradition I have not received a reply, absolutely disgraceful.

Does the NHS have any regards for it's patients.
