"Great and friendly staff, quick response"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

I injured my knee in October 2015. I wasn't happy about the waiting time for the MRI, but once it was done basically my treatment was sorted within a few weeks. I have had my MRI scan on the 29th of December, I have had my consultation with the specialist 2 weeks later, and my surgery will be in a few days. Obviously it is pure luck, that I don't have to wait months- because usually you do have to wait anything from 1 week up to 12 unfortunately. Straight after my consultation I have had my pre-assessment and my blood test done so I was literally ready for the surgery. The doctor offered alternative solutions and they walked me through each and every options. After we agreed to go with the surgery, the doctor did tell me about all the risks and walked me through the procedure. The doctor was making sure that I did understand every step of it.

All the staff members from the MRI, Xray, Nurse, Doctor and Blood-test department was super nice, professional and friendly. I can't even see any marks on my arm after the blood test and they was so quick, I didn;t even realized that it was done.

I am looking forward to have my surgery and I strongly believe that everything is going to be fine.
