"how the staff on the wards treat family members"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I am sorry I am writing a letter to say I am not very happy how be tread family and patients.

Can I say one thing if that case I got told that I cant travel in amburance with a family because insurance. If that right

I think it will be better for the staff and the patients if they want member of they family to with the should do it more comfulable and less stress ful travling to a diffent hospital.
