"Excellent Care"

I had taken my six year old son in with breathing difficulties. We were seen by the nurse within minutes of arriving and the doctor inside another 5.

The doctor was clear about my son's treatment and the nurse was continuously checking on us.

There was no delay in getting x-rays and everyone was good to explain what was happening and why.

The kindness of the nursing staff was very much appreciated, especially when they were cleaning up after my son's bout of sickness. Two nurses each made a point of bringing me a cup of tea in the middle of the night.

The staff made a long night much easier to get through.

I could not praise the staff or department enough. Excellent care.
