(as the patient),

I was refered for a blood pressure 24 hour monitor to be fitted. As we live some miles away we set out early for our 2.20pm appointment. In the end we were nearly 45 mins. early but were seen within 10 mins of arriving. We were attended to by Karen who was friendly, efficient and caring. I have motor neurone disease and use a wheelchair. Her attitude to me was terrific. She saw me next day too when I had to return the monitor and receive the results. The experience was just as good. Please pass on my thanks to her.
