I am an older lady who attended New Croft Sexual Health clinic, I was very nervous on attending this clinic as I didn't know what to expect. I was put at ease straight away by meeting Dawn the Health Care Assistant I can't praise her enough for making my experience so easy, quick and pain free. I wouldn't hesitate to return. May I add that the reception staff were also wonderful and helpful too.
