About: Priory Hospital Ticehurst

Filthy rooms. General poor state of repair. Poor hygiene in dining room. Staff avoiding patients, hiding in office or outright ignoring requests. Tutting at vulnerable and confused patients, and withdrawing from contact as soon as possible. Nearly all possessions removed. Mornings staff flooded with patients waiting to get toothpaste as this is removed. Admission takes half the day. Smoking in a cages off area in groups only. No privacy as patients are not discouraged to wander into others rooms. Incorrect information given to relatives due to staff not knowing patients. The list of problems here is endless and until investigated i fear that no patient attending this hospital is safe or will make any improvement or recovery.
