"Great service"

About: Princess of Wales Hospital

Took an elderly relative who had injured themselves in a fall, excellent service, friendly staff and less than 5 minute wait.

Effective service, why is it under threat of relocation to somewhere where there would be longer waits and would be much more difficult to get to? Surely this is better than a several hour wait in an over subscribed A&E department?
