The receptionist in A and E was rude to potential patients, everyone was kept waiting for a very long time.

I attended A and E one Friday evening with a very badly damaged foot. It was bleeding profusely through my bandages all over the A and E floor. They told me to sit down so i lost my place in the queue, it took a long time for staff to clean the blood away. The person that put stitches into my foot refused to give me local anaesthetic beforehand. They said ' god, have you not had children?'. I was made to feel like an extreme inconvenience. I then had to walk through the hospital barefoot apart from the bandage that the nurse put on. Disgusting!
