"Contacting Neurology Secretaries re Follow Up"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I have been trying every day for the past 2 weeks to contact neurology secretaries and finally today someone has answered, after I have been on hold for 45 minutes. Please ensure that the staff do answer the phones, even if they have to call people back.
