In the face of so much criticism of the NHS in the last few months, I want to give credit where credit is due. Recently in the cardiology department of the Norfolk and Norwich university hospital, I was operated on for implanting a pacemaker. The kindness, efficiency and professional treatment I received was superb, and for which I give my deepest thanks for all those involved.
