What I liked Have visited Oak Unit 4 times and with every visit, have come away pleased with the way I was treated. Staff were very friendly (from Reception to Nursing). What could be improved? The only thing that is a bit of a pain, is the parking, I travel from Bishop's Stortford and that is the best way for me to travel & get there on time. So, could do with a few more Disabled Bays Anything else? In my experience, a lot better than some other Hospital's I have had to visit (either as a visitor or patient). Well done!
