"Absolutely horrible"

This hospital changed me for the worst. I was in Kennet (eating disorder) and Thames (ICU) units and they were horrible. I've had men pulling my hair during restraints, holding me so tight there were bruises on my arms, a untrained nurse put a tube down my wind pipe and I stopped breathing for a good 15 seconds. Most staff are agency and extremely rude and unsupportive, staff treated me like a joke. I can honestly say it felt like being in a prison, I remember sitting in my room crying because of how traumatized I was by being restrained by 4 men, I told them it was painful and for them to let go and they completely ignored me. If you want a patient to get better- please don't send them to huntercombe maidenhead
