"day surgery unit"

I have just had spinal pain relief injections in the day surgery unit. I must commend all the staff at this unit. from the start of making my appointment to being discharged.

Every one of them treated me with kindness and consideration.

I have very tiny veins and the staff found difficulties in getting a line in my hand. The surgeon took over and was extremely kind and considerate. worrying about how much pain they may cause me and promising to be as gentle as possible. the surgeon was the same all the way through the procedure.

I am grateful to all for putting me so much at ease. We all stress about being admitted to hospital no matter how small the op may be so many thanks to you all.
