"car parking"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

I came for an initial appt to see the ENT consultant and I was in excellent time. 1.30 for 2.0m but was amazed that there was a long wait even trying to get to the carpark. How can drivers of cars know how long the wait will be in the main road leading to the car park, whicjh is where I was stuck for 40 minutes.

The signage is deplorable for new visitors. When I turned right after waiting 30 minutes the car park had lots of signs threatening would -be parkers with fines. I got to a parking space then discovered I could not use. Do remember, patients and visitors deserve help and support, not mental break downs. Could you employ two parking wardens, one for the Left Hand, one for the Right hand carpark whose duty it is to assist drivers coming in and going out.. Following my wait

I then went to the emergency car park only to discover the signage was even worse there.

Durham wake up! an accident is waiting to happen.
