"Follow up waiting times"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

I had an MRI scan in july 2015. I still have not had a follow up appointment for the results.

Everytime i ring the secretary, I get informed that they will book an appointment, it has been 6 months and still waiting.

I have been trying to contact the secretary for two weeks recently, the phone continuously rings and no one ever picks up.
