On 28th of September after several referrals from GP and orthopaedics to different venues MRI scan showed torn knee ligament and I was refereed to Cheadle for consultation by my physiotherapist. On a day I waited over an hour for consultant, when they eventually saw and egzamined me the consultant stated they are not a ligament specialist and I need to wait for a colleague. I waited another 20min and the other consultant said i need to go back to my GP for ref feral to physiotherapist. When I said I already been to GP and to physio 4 months ago they said I am not cooperating and discharged me. Before that I tried to ask how long it would take before I have an op, they said its before Christmas and its going to take longer. Kept repeating that I am NHS patient and
I have to wait as that's the standard procedure.
