"Emergency admission"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I had to call an ambulance for myself a week before Christmas due to severe gallstone pain,

I was very poorly and very anxious, the 2 paramedics were very nice and took me into

Who were extremely busy, I was eventually assessed there and moved to SEAU where the staff were very nice, one Nurse in particular was lovely, I stayed in for 4 days having antibiotics and pain relief and told an ERCP procedure would be arranged which I now have a date for.

Response from United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

Dear Claire

Sorry for the wait you experienced in A&E when you attended with abdominal pain, at times of peak attendance we do unfortunately experience some delays. I hope you continue to make a good recovery.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
