"Lovely laurel"

I was in laurel ward over Christmas and new year 2015.

The experience was absolutely superb. What professionalism, nothing was too much trouble.

From the top managerial , sisters, nurses, nurses aids and domestics went above and beyond their jobs.

They are dedicated people who had time to listen even though they were very busy.

This ward is a credit to the nhs .

I felt totally safe and cared for.

Whilst I was there I was amazed to see abusive patients and patients families against the staff. The staff handled this very professionally and never wavered in their care and respect. We are very fortunate to have such wonderful staff and a flagship ward in grimsby. A big Thankyou to you all.
