"Uncaring attitude"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Neurology

Having attended neurology department on couple of occasions on my last visit I was a little upset at the doc I saw,who actually told me they had spoken to my last neuro who had warned them I would behave that way!! Having been awaiting a diagnosis of some sort for over 3 years now I was sent for another mri on the 18th October last year and up to now not heard a thing about it !! Very upset

I am really sorry to hear about your recent visit to our Neurology department and that this was an unpleasant experience for you. I would urge you to contact our Patient Services Team to provide personal details so that we can take forward your concerns, find out what is happening with the MRI results and hopefully resolve the difficulties that you have encountered.

The Patient Services Team can be contacted on telephone number 0114 271 2400 or by email pst@sth.nhs.uk

Kind regards
