"One very rude consultant"

About: Spire Leeds Hospital

Visited the spire today and was very Impressed with the friendly staff and clean surroundings, however after meeting the consultant things took a turn for the worse. I have never met anyone as rude as this before and was left feeling I was a second class citizen. Everything I said was questioned in a very abrupt manner and the consultant even raised their voice at me!! At one point they said to me I am not a casualty department. In my opinion this consultant lets down the spire hospital in a big way. I have to go back and have a mri scan but complained at reception and they have agreed to change consultants for me. I hope someone challenges this consultants disgusting people skills and that this consultant is dealt with in a way in which they deserve.
