"X-Ray Department"

Just visited this hospital for an x-ray and the person doing it needs to think about their bedside manor, or lack of it. Reception staff polite and courteous as you should expect. When I asked if they could see anything on the 1 x-ray, they jumped down my throat telling me they were not a doctor, and the results would be sent to my GP sometime this week. They were telling me this whilst walking away to get themselves a cuppa!

Having spent a long time in Germany and dealing with German medical facilities, this has left me feeling more than a little short changed by our wonderful NHS.

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you have raised but Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust are not the service providers for the X-ray department.

To ensure your concerns are looked into I will forward them onto the University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) who do provide this service.

If you wish to discuss this with them directly them you can contact their Patient Advice and Liaison Service on:
