"Nobody ansers the calls from Appointment Desk"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

Trying to change my appointment since last thursday i could not reach anyone at anytime except once who didint even resolve my problem.

I told the member of staff to change my appointment because i will be at abroad at the date for my appointment and also asked for a pm appointment because i am a nightshift worker and 9 am i come home regulary. But they refused to help me and said they cant help for it.

Very dissapointing.

After that i called many times but couldnt get any result because no one answeres the number called 0208 321 5257
