Couldnt have asked for more helpful, friendly and reassuring staff. Each and every one I saw was extremely kind and understanding to both my mum and I. They didnt let the fact they were nearing the end of their 12 hour shift get in the way of my care and well being. Thanks to all the a and e staff at Basingstoke hospital.
