Any apprehension I was feeling due to the nature of the procedure I was to undergo was dealt with patiently and kindly by both members of staff throughout. Every aspect of the procedure was dealt with in a professional manner. I had some concern about one aspect of the examination and was assured that ( after having been fully informed) the decision was entirely my own. Throughout the entire visit I was made to feel entirely comfortable and reassured.
