What could be improved

The floors and furnishings could have been cleaned. It was obvious there are build-ups of dirt that are months if not years old. The specialist seen advised it was not his area of expertise and so rescheduled for a subsequent undated appointment. I have decided to go into debt and attend a private hospital at my expense rather than be treated in such unhygienic premises.

Anything else?

The car parking is ludicrous. I had to visit every one of the car parks because the system is to queue at a barrier, take a ticket, drive around, discover there are no spaces, and then leave. If the technology exists to automate the car park charges, then it exists to signify when a car park is full. Of the two hours spent at Arrowe Park, 35 minutes was spent parking, 8 minutes with the Doctor, and the rest waiting for an appointment that I arrived on time for.
