"A&E visit Saturday Night"

I want to thank the ED staff for their excellent treatment Saturday night. I attended with severe abdominal pain, diarrhoea and vomiting. I was seen promptly after triage once the staff saw my level of pain and treated promptly with painkillers, anti sickness and fluids which had me feeling much better in a short time. The doctor and nurse I saw were compassionate, kind and friendly. Facilities were clean and comfortable.My only slightly negative point was the time it took to be triaged (around 20 mins) which is a long time in severe pain, however as previously mentioned once triaged and staff were aware of me I was seen within a couple of minutes. Had the wait been much longer I would have asked to be seen quicker, but I didn't need to. I feel confident that had I needed to point out my pain quicker I would have been seen. Overall I was really impressed especially considering it was 10pm on a Saturday night and I'm a young otherwise healthy person. Thanks very much guys!!!
