"Fast treatment, wonderful service"

My son had a head injury so we took him to the closest a and e which happened to be poole dorset. I'm a first time mum and this was my first trip to the hospital with my son so was very concerned and anxious. We were seen very promptly and they put me at ease immediately as luckily it wasn't too severe. They didn't make me feel like I was wasting time and they got a lovely nurse to put strips on his head and the nurse was great with my son.

I wanted to leave feedback as you hear so much bad feedback for the NHS but I am very proud to have it to use and feel safe as a mother trusting our doctors and nurses. Thank you for all your hard work.
