"Daughter's foot operation and overnight stay"

About: Basildon University Hospital

After 5 years under another hospital with no action, we saw our new consultant on 9 Dec 2015. The Consultant explained exactly what the problem was and was shocked by the lack of info and care we had previously received. My daughter was seen on 8 Jan 2016 and the time and care taken in making sure that her problem was corrected was amazing. We ended up staying in overnight and the nursing staff arranged for a zbed so I could stay too.

We received excellent care in the Horndon ward. Thank you
