"First-class treatment in Dermatology Department"

About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

Having been referred by my GP, I visited Ward 2 in the Dermatology Department last Wednesday 13 January 2016 for assessment and possible treatment.

I found all the staff I met to be friendly, caring and concerned to put me at my ease.

At the same time, they were most professional and efficient before, during and after my treatment, and the smooth running of the department minimised any waiting time.

What could have been a stressful experience proved not to be the case.

These are such lovely comments, thank you. It is good to know that the staff were able to put you at ease and that the waiting time wasn’t too long, it is the service we expect to provide. I really do appreciate that you have taken the time to post these comments about your experience.
