"OPD at Busheyfields"

Terrible! No spaces apparently the staff were using when clearly for the patients. The reception staff told me that there was an study session at the department. They had parked in disabled spaces ( no badges obviously as not disabled), and had blocked in others and were on red lines. I missed my appointment in November 2015 and had to wait 3 months for another in Feb 2016. This hospital lacks space, the spaces are for patients not staff.

Staff that park in disabled bays should be fined and dismissed by the trust. Kinver ward disabled bay never had a car in with a disabled parking badge ( blue badge) everyone uses spaces for the disabled. Where is security? Do they check? No apparently staff informed me that nobody ever checks how people park.

The worst hospital parking in the world, I am being forced into having injections when I am needle phobic. My dr never listens only to themself. My family are not my carer's,

I am not paranoid about things, I know I have PTSD that will probably never get diagnosed. The Dr's barely speak to me and do assessments with aged family.

The worst patient care I have ever seen, no communication. Community teams are even worst and frequently lie.

My advice is try somewhere else, Walsall is even worst ( same trust). I may try another dr here I can't transfer my care elsewhere.

The Service experience desk isn't any help and a complete waste of money.
