"First choice for respite care"

About: Westbourne Green Community Hospital

This is the second time my mum has been admitted to Westbourne green. First time sept 15 with broken hip, this time recovering from illness.

We requested for her to come here due to the excellent care received last time. Everybody is lovely, friendly and approachable. The facilities and food are brilliant. We were so pleased when she moved here.

Hello, first of I must apologise for the long delay in replying - there has been a problem with the site notifying us when someone posts a review, which we have just become aware of. Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments about your Mum's care at Westbourne Green, I am so pleased that you felt so confident in the standard of care there, including not just the medical and nursing tea, but also the facilities and food provided, as we understand how important these things are in helping people recover well. I will be sending your comments on to the Matron, Sisters and managers for the area, and I know they will really appreciate it.
