Thank you so much for providing this lovely feedback, it must have been a very difficult time for you and we're so glad to hear that staff were able to make the experience as pleasant as possible. As a Trust, we aim to provide excellent care with compassion and it's always great to hear when patients and their relatives have experienced this first hand.
