"lovely staff"

I recently had an op here. I was extremely nervous but was soon laughing and having a joke with the staff. I can't tell you how relaxed that made me feel. At all times I was treated with total respect. I had a gyne procedure and was treated with the upmost dignity. Two members of staff stood out to me... one who had a fab bedside manner and a wicked sense of humour whilst being very professional. And another who brought me my coffee and sandwiches after and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for looking after me .
