"Excellent day surgery unit"

My mum was treated in the day surgery unit by the gynaecological team. My mum was extremely nervous and the staff (nurses, anaesthesiologist and senior consultant) were caring and re-assuring. We've never had this kind of genuine care and support from hospital staff. The pre-surgery assessment was quicker than anticipated. It was our first time at the Barnet hospital and it we were positively impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their genuine concern.

Also, the layout of the hospital is such that it is easy to go from one place to the other without getting lost.
