"the nurse that was seeing me in ..."

About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

the nurse that was seeing me in the A&E did not show any respect for my condition and said that i looked to well to be in the A&E then at the end the nurse said if the pain comes back come back, but the nurse said i looked to well to be there i was very upset and cried once i left the A&E dep. it does not hurt anyone to have manners i am younger than what the nurse was and i spoke to them with manners they should leave have to treat patients with respect when study they nursing degree or diploma, the nurse could not idenfiy the issue that was causing me pains then i later found out that i was pregnant and the nurse could not see this, i should of took their name to make a formal complaint the nurse is very lucky that i just wanted to get out of their after waiting over 4hours to see the rude nurse.

What could be improved

to have not seen this nurse at all and she needs someone to have words over their atittude toward patients
