"Appointments telephone linel"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Friday 15 th January 16 16 03 pm rang appointments, after approx 5 mins after holding on I was informed I was number one in the queue, or I could leave a message and would be called back, as I thought I was next and soon to be answered I hung on. After another 35 mins I was still number one in the queue I ended my call, I was wondering if I was number one in the queue for Monday morning
