I was very impressed by, and grateful to, the reception and nursing staff and the consultant in Outpatients2 this morning after I made a mistake over the time of my appointment and arrived 30 minutes late. The staff explained how important it was to keep to time, but they and the consultant I saw managed to fit me in, which was a great relief. In my own defence, the reason I was so confused over the time was that it had been changed on three separate occasions (I have the letters to prove it), but not their fault. So top marks and thanks to everyone.
