"Doctor ignoring my brother's request to talk to..."

About: Northern General Hospital

My brother was recently admitted to Spinal unit. His request to speak with the doctor was clearly ignored. I don't think this is acceptable. I don't think my brother was involved in decision making. Norther General hospital needs to improve the communicating abilities of its physicians
