After attending A&E with chest pains on Sunday 3rd January, I was admitted to the Emergency Assessment Unit overnight, from where I was transferred the following day to Dedham Cardiac Ward.
On Tuesday 5th January I was given an angiogram, and was taken to Basildon CTC the following Thursday 7th, for insertion of a stent into an artery.
At all times I was given prompt and courteous attention, and was kept informed of the procedures, risks and likely outcomes.
I was most impressed by the diligence and dedication of a caring staff, who went about their work showing efficiency and friendliness.
I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the wards.
My family and I thank most sincerely all the staff concerned with my excellent treatment.
