What could be improved

The hospital staff were totally incompetent, half of them did not want to help you if you needed help and I noticed, being in a room that had elderly ladies in that the staff would leave them totally unattended for long amounts of time with them screaming in pain and really didnt care. It was really outrageous. Also the cleanliness of the hospital was really disapointing, using the same cloths to clean every bed in the hole ward. The food was in-edable and having the operation which I had, stopped me from eating solid which would to the staff seem such a big problem and performed when asked if I could have blended food. Apart from that, when I was been discharged the nurses were extremly rude and while I was awaiting for my tablets, kept making comments suchas " was I protesting about leaving " and such statements, which couldnt be further from the truth. My stay at this hopital was the worst I have ever experienced. I found once I was at home that I was in the most extream pain and couldnt even move, been at the age of 25, had to have the doctor called out and and was told that I had been given the wrong tablets for this operation. On the whole the staff had a complete inability to do what they are been paid to do, maybe with proper management this hospital might reach an ok standard
