"Just visited A&E"

We spent around an hour and a half to two hours all in all.

We found the hospital the same as normal except for the nurse who cleaned my dad up. They are the most gentle, caring and thorough nurse we've ever met. I was smiling all the way through because of how relaxed we were made and how much this nurse made us feel like we mattered rather than just another number!

They need to be recognised for their bed side manner and General persona.
