"Can't praise staff highly enough"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

I recently had a partial thyroidectomy, although the ward was very busy staff were lovely.

From the consultant to the person who brought around the tea/coffee everyone was caring and took time to listen.

I had a real fear of anesthetic and staff couldn't have handled things better - thank you all.
