"5 Hours Wait!"

Arrived at A&E at 4pm. Booked in and was advised to go to the minor waiting room. I sat down and that's where I stayed until 8.55pm before anyone called my name to be seen for the first time. I thought it was disgusting that no one had the courtesy to let us know what the waiting time would be to be seen. The waiting room also was not cleaned during this time. Blood stains on the floor.
