"Endoscopy outpatients"

I attended on 28/1/16 for a sigmoidoscopy

This was a routine screening appointment

I was very impressed at the attitude and approach of all staff I came into contact with during my appointment from the receptionist to the endoscopy practitioner

I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my experience

The staff were professional and friendly and put me at ease

I noticed a poster in the waiting area explaining the 6 c,s and it was obvious that the staff encorporate these in their approach to patients

As a fellow health care professional I am fully aware of the constraints and challenges working within the NHS and the constant criticism in the media. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff. You are doing a great job
