"Basic needs like eating, drinking and washing..."

My mom stayed on this ward for almost 2 months for a serious mental health condition. The staff here failed to ensure my moms needs were meant despite continuous requests from me. Every time she has been an in patient in the west wing she has received inadequate care. She has stayed here probably 10 times.
