"Administration incompetence"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I had my fist appointment in December cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. I went to my second appointment and had an ex-ray, then told to wait to see the consultant. Over 2 hours later I was still waiting and the were closing the building. I was asked why I was still waiting and explained to see the doctor. They said they has no records of me being there . Another Doctor was still there after 18:30 and found my ex-ray on the system. They told me they would explain to the consultant I should of seen what treatment was required.

Then I would receive an new appointment for the operation. After countless telephone calls I have been able to speak with anyone who can help.

What happens with serious cases or elderly people ???????
