"there is no help"

About: Northgate Hospital

Had an asssement one of many as moved from Norwich,was assessed by a stand in as my person wasn't in,was sent to north gate and seen twice, member of staff said they would refer me to psychologist, this was before Christmas they haven't contacted me since, even though they have my address,it seems if you don't have a phone they cannot be bothered to write,so here Iam three years after originally being referred having made no progress what so ever although I did get sent leaflets which is a joke.
