My wife has just been seen by the Ophthalmology department of Arrowe Park Hospital. The service was truly outstanding and she was seen on time and the whole process took less than and hour and a half including retinal scans and photography. I hardly had time to open my book between the various processes and it was smooth and very efficient. I would like to thank all the staff involved.
A credit to the NHS. and a very good patient experience.
