About: Charing Cross Hospital

The hospital and all the staff were amazing with my Grandad the only bad thing was a physiotherapist that works on 6 north word, they had no care for my grandad at all nearly dropping him twice and looking at him up and down like he is scum! They should not work in hospitals as they treated all my family wrong! I would love to make a proper complaint may I have a phone number to take this further? Thankyou, apart from that everything was amazing!
